Shipping & Returns

Final shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight.

UK Shipping:

Free shipping on orders over £40.
Economy: from £3.95 - typically delivered within 2 working days of dispatch.
Next Day: from £8.40 - typically delivered within 1 working day of dispatch.
All deliveries are handled by Royal Mail. Times are estimates only - your package may arrive earlier or later.

Orders placed before 12:00 noon GMT on a weekday are shipped the same day. Next-day delivery is only available for orders placed before 12:00 noon GMT on weekdays.

We currently ship only to UK addresses.

Change of mind?

You have 14 days from receipt to return unopened and unused products for a refund. You must pay the return shipping costs.
We cannot accept returns on opened products for health and hygiene reasons.

Faulty or misdescribed items:

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Failed deliveries will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will automatically refund the cost of the item(s) only (not shipping) once the package is received back.

Subscriptions

Choose a subscription plan and receive your pouches automatically at your chosen frequency. You pay an initial charge at checkout, followed by recurring payments.

Yes - you have full control. You can pause indefinitely, skip an order, or cancel by emailing hello@syncpouches.com. Cancellations take effect after the next upcoming delivery (you will still receive that shipment).

Yes - subscribers get exclusive discounts (typically 15–25% off) plus early access to new products. Promotional offers may apply to the first subscription only.

Yes. We will charge your card periodically without further authorisation until you cancel. You’ll receive a reminder email before each renewal.

Yes. You can amend products, flavours, or frequency by contacting us at hello@syncpouches.com. Please give at least 5 days’ notice before your next billing date for changes like pausing or skipping.
