Orders placed before 12 noon gmt will be shipped same day
Next day delivery is only available if you place your order before 12 noon on a weekday (gmt)
Please note: All deliveries are handled by Royal Mail. Therefore all times given below are estimated delivery times. There is a small chance that your delivery may come earlier or later than specified.
Please ensure that your address is correct at checkout. Any failed deliveries will be cancelled.
In the event of any failed delivery, the cost of the item only will be automatically refunded to the card used at checkout, once it is returned to our warehouse.

Problems receiving your order?
Where is my order or has it been dispatched? Please check the email account used to purchase your items for your dispatch confirmation email. If you can't find it, check your junk/spam folder or search for your order number or the name of the item purchased.
Why is my item taking longer than specified? Royal Mail depots can occasionally experience delays. If you are located further from the depot, deliveries may take an extra 1–2 days.
My order has been dispatched but hasn't arrived? Please check with your neighbours and your local post office. Royal Mail may have been unable to deliver and left no card.
My tracking number is not working? Tracking numbers are managed by Royal Mail. Your tracking may take a little while to update. Please contact Royal Mail directly if the issue persists — we have no control over delivery once the package has left our warehouse.
